Sector
Telecoms and fibre
Fibre rollouts depend on the civils keeping pace. We install sub-duct through existing duct networks, clear blockages, build new duct and chambers where the route needs them, and close every opening behind us.
How we work
- Network operator inductions and competency assessments
- Operator safety and quality audits
- Completion records for the network mapping
- Splicing and testing by others
What clients need
What this work demands
- Steady progress street by street, with every opening reinstated
- Blockages found and cleared without holding up the build
- Completion records in the format the network’s mapping requires
- Crews inducted and assessed for the operator’s network
What we do
- Rodding, roping and sub-duct installation

Fibre network civils for SIRO and National Broadband Ireland
Fibre civils across Dublin and the neighbouring counties, carried out street by street from the main contractors’ work instructions. Much of the work put new sub-duct into existing ESB and eir ducts, with blockage clearance, new duct and chambers where the route needed them, and reinstatement behind every opening. It included duct routes for data-centre connections and work inside business parks.
